What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Qualification: Conduct outbound calls from lead databases, screen prospects using qualifying criteria (budget, need, timeline), and identify decision-makers.
- Pitching & Deal Closing: Present customized product value propositions using sales scripts, handle customer objections, and close direct sales or schedule demos for field sales teams.
- Pipeline Follow-Up: Maintain regular phone and message follow-ups with warm leads to nurture prospects, answer queries, and move deals through the sales pipeline.
- CRM & Activity Logging: Accurately record all call details, conversation notes, deal statuses, and follow-up dates in the CRM system after every interaction.
- Target & Metric Performance: Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily call volume, minimum talk-time targets, and lead conversion KPIs.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of computers and laptops.
Good Communication skills.
