Sales Telecaller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through outbound calls to potential customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions.
• Convert leads into paying clients by effectively communicating product benefits and features.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management for lead generation and conversion rates.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or related field.

• Strong cold calling skills with ability to generate new business opportunities.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers over phone calls.
