Sales Territory Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Project Scouting, visit Architect and DV seminars in and around Chennai.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular market visits to promote products and collect competitor insights.
• Execute product demonstrations, store activations, and local promotional activities.
• Ensure retail display standards and brand visibility across stores.
• Address customer queries, support dealers, and coordinate with internal teams for issue

resolution.

• Follow up and assist in payment collections as per company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, market feedback, and CRM updates.
• Support project sales team by gathering leads from architects, builders, and contractors.
• Participate in product trainings and new product launches.

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Basic negotiation & sales closing skills
• Good market mapping and territory understanding
• Customer relationship management
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Knowledge of MS Office
