About the role
Sales TO (Take Order) role involving routine visits to stores, outlets, and wholesale customers according to established route plans, with responsibility for order taking, sales target achievement, market expansion, customer relationship management, collection support, and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct routine visits to stores, outlets, wholesalers, or customers according to established route plans
- Receive and record customer orders accurately using company application systems or manually
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company
- Offer new products and ensure optimal product display in stores
- Identify and acquire new customer accounts and outlets
- Build and maintain good relationships with store owners or outlet managers to increase customer loyalty
- Monitor and assist with collection of invoice payments and receivables according to agreed payment terms
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales data, stock information at outlets, and competitor updates for supervisors or sales managers
