Elevate Marketing Inc. is hiring motivated and coachable individuals to join our retail sales team in Reno, Nevada.

As a Sales Trainee, you will learn the fundamentals of face-to-face sales while representing a nationally recognized home water delivery service inside established retail locations. You will speak directly with customers, explain available services and promotions, identify their needs, and assist interested customers through the enrollment process.

This is a full-time, in-person retail sales position. It is not remote, door-to-door, or call-center sales.

Previous sales experience is not required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you develop product knowledge, confidence, communication skills, and sales experience.

Compensation

Employees are guaranteed $15.00 per hour for all hours worked and are paid weekly.

This position also offers performance-based commission tied to individual sales production. When earned commission exceeds the applicable guaranteed hourly compensation for the pay period, total compensation increases based on performance.

Commission earnings vary and are not guaranteed.

What You’ll Do

Previous sales experience is not required.

Candidates with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, promotions, or other customer-facing roles often have skills that transfer well to this position.

Schedule

This is a full-time position. Employees may be scheduled up to five days per week.

Availability to work either Saturday or Sunday is required. Schedules may include weekday or weekend retail shifts, along with designated morning meetings, training, and coaching sessions.

Reno, NV — In Person

Team members work inside partnered retail locations throughout the Reno area and attend designated meetings and training at our local office.
