About the Role

Easy Home Finance is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Freshers to join our Sales team as Sales Trainees. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about building a long-term career in sales and the affordable housing finance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage sales leads.
• Build relationships with prospective customers.
• Promote affordable housing finance products.
• Conduct field visits and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.

Training & Development

Selected candidates will undergo a structured training program covering:

• Product and functional knowledge
• Sales and customer acquisition techniques
• Customer profiling and sourcing strategies
• Compliance and regulatory requirements
• On-the-job learning and field exposure
• Internal systems and documentation processes

Eligibility

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Freshers must apply.
• Internship or project experience in sales will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in field sales.
• Knowledge of the local market and regional language is preferred.
• Must be available to join on 10 August 2026.
