Sales Trainee

Key Responsibilities

·         Result-Driven Performance: Actively achieve and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

·         Account Development & Client Engagement: Cultivate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, developers, and engineers, to promote our fire safety systems and materials.

·         End-to-End Project & Tender Handling: Manage the full sales cycle from pre-sales (handling customer inquiries, tenders, and initial consultations) to post-sales services (contract preparation, documentation, and ensuring high customer satisfaction).

·         Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee daily sales operations, including preparing sales documents, arranging delivery of point-of-sales materials, collecting customer feedback, and maintaining up-to-date information in the company database.

·         Cross-Functional Collaboration & Ad-hoc Projects: Liaise and collaborate closely with internal technical and engineering partners to achieve company goals; participate in ad-hoc sales activities, marketing promotions, or special projects.

Job Requirements

·         Diploma or above is preferred.

·         Must possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) and a Construction Workers Registration Card.

·         Result-oriented, outgoing, competitive, and able to thrive under pressure. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and multi-tasking skills are highly essential.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
