What they need
- Lead Generation: Find potential customers through cold calling, research, and outreach.

- Sales Administration: Record client interactions, update CRM databases, and draft sales reports.
- Shadowing: Assist senior sales representatives during client meetings, pitches, and product demonstrations.
- Target Achievement: Work gradually toward meeting team or individual sales goals as training progresses.
