Sales Trainee

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, references, networking and other channels.
• Identify customer requirements and assist in providing suitable product solutions.
• Learn and promote RFID, Barcode, AIDC, Scanners, Printers and related IT products.
• Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups and customer records.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product availability, delivery and customer requirements.
• Attend client meetings, customer visits, product demonstrations and field sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Any Graduate B.Com, BBA, BA or equivalent.
• MBA/PGDM Marketing will be preferred.
• Freshers are welcome; 6 months to 1 year sales/business development experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic and willing to learn.
• Interest in B2B sales, technology and business development.
• Good follow-up and customer relationship skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and email.
• Willingness to travel and conduct field visits/client meetings is mandatory.
