What will you be doing?

• Managing inbound and outbound sales calls effectively.
• Raising accurate quotes and processing sales orders.
• Providing product expertise in timber and sheet materials.
• Targeting and winning new business through proactive outbound calling.
• Delivering high-quality customer service and resolving complaints professionally.
• Managing a personal customer account list to hit defined budgets and KPIs.

• Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
• Time management and ability to prioritise workload
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly
• IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work as part of a team.
