Sales Trainer (Aesthetic)_2026

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct aesthetic machine demonstrations, treatment training, and product training for customers.
• Support sales activities including product presentations, workshops, seminars, trade shows, and after-sales training.
• Provide customers with product knowledge, treatment protocols, and technical guidance.
• Identify prospects, generate leads, and develop business opportunities in the beauty / medical aesthetic market.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and treatment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and support sales target achievement.
• Gather market feedback and develop new treatment protocols / applications using company devices.
• Keep updated on aesthetic technologies, treatments, and market trends.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in beauty / medical aesthetics, with hands-on experience using aesthetic devices.

• Beauty / aesthetic qualification such as CIBTAC, CIDESCO, SKM, or equivalent.

• Experience with RF devices and aesthetic / medical aesthetic treatments is an advantage.

• Strong sales, presentation, training, communication, and customer relationship skills.

• Good network and market knowledge in the aesthetic industry.

• Self-driven, independent, results-oriented, and willing to travel locally and overseas.
