Job Overview

Link2Deal is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer & Script Writer to help strengthen our outbound sales team, improve cold-calling performance, and develop effective sales scripts and communication strategies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience training sales agents, improving outbound sales processes, writing cold-call scripts, and helping teams handle objections confidently. This person will work with management to identify areas for improvement and help our agents become more effective at generating leads and converting prospects.

We are looking for someone interested in building a long-term working relationship. While the initial position is part-time, candidates interested in working full-time are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and coach outbound sales agents to improve cold-calling skills and overall performance.
• Write and refine cold-call scripts, call flows, and sales talk tracks.
• Develop effective responses to common objections and challenging sales conversations.
• Help agents improve their communication, confidence, prospect engagement, and conversion rates.
• Review call performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify weaknesses in the sales process and recommend practical improvements.
• Work with management to establish sales goals and improve team performance.
• Develop training materials, coaching guidelines, and best practices for outbound sales.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in sales training, sales coaching, or outbound sales leadership.
• Strong understanding of cold calling, prospecting, and B2B sales processes.
• Experience writing and optimizing sales scripts and objection-handling responses.
• Ability to coach agents and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and conversion improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with management remotely.
• Experience training sales teams or developing outbound sales processes is highly desirable.

Compensation and Schedule

• Part-Time Contract: $50–$70 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Part-Time Hours: Approximately 60–80 hours per month initially.
• Full-Time Opportunity: Candidates interested in a full-time arrangement are welcome to apply. Compensation for full-time work will be based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and suitability for the role, and can be discussed during an interview or call.
