Sales Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver sales training programs for life insurance products to enhance selling of life insurance products to internal and bank employees.
• Develop product knowledge modules to educate on various aspects of life insurance policies.
• Conduct regular training sessions, workshops to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training materials.
• Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and track performance improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in Sales Training or Insurance Training with a focus on Life Insurance Products.
• Strong understanding of Learning & Development principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to train diverse groups effectively.
• Ability to analyze data to measure program effectiveness; strong analytical skills.
