Job Description

Jabez Bacoor Motor Corporation is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Trainer to help develop and strengthen the performance of our Sales Executives.

The ideal candidate is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and improving sales performance through effective training programs and field coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and sales training for newly hired Sales Executives
• Facilitate product knowledge and refresher training sessions
• Coach and mentor sales personnel through field observation and role-playing
• Identify training needs based on sales performance and evaluations
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and reports
• Monitor and document employee training progress
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to improve team productivity and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related course
• Experience in sales training, team leadership, coaching, or sales operations
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Organized, proactive, and people-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Automotive industry experience is an advantage but not required
