Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Trainer to enhance the capabilities of field sales teams across North and South India. The role focuses on improving sales effectiveness through structured training, on-ground coaching, and performance-driven interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver sales capability training programs for frontline field sales teams
• Coach teams on sales pitch, objection handling, and conversion techniques
• Conduct on-ground coaching, shadowing, and field audits
• Drive improvement in key sales KPIs such as conversion rates and revenue
• Customize and adapt training content based on market dynamics and team needs

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of sales processes and funnel management
• Proven coaching and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities
• Experience in field training and on-ground coaching preferred

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in sales training or frontline sales with training exposure
