Sales Trainer

We are particularly looking for candidates with experience in the infant formula / baby nutrition industry who understand the market, sales environment, and challenges faced by field sales teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct training and coaching programs for field sales teams.
• Develop and deliver training on product knowledge, sales techniques, communication, negotiation, and customer handling.
• Provide training related to infant formula products, product benefits, category knowledge, and responsible product communication.
• Accompany sales representatives in the field to observe performance and provide hands-on coaching.
• Identify individual and team training needs and develop appropriate training programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and monitor improvements in sales team performance.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales representatives and supervisors.
• Ensure sales training and communication are aligned with applicable company policies and regulations within the infant nutrition industry.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales training.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any relevant field.
  - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the infant formula, baby nutrition, FMCG, healthcare, or related industry.
• Experience in sales, field sales, sales training, coaching, or sales capability development is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in conducting training sessions for individuals and groups.
• Willing to travel frequently and work in the field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, energetic, adaptable, and target-oriented.
