Sales Trainer

• Conduct and deliver training to all Channel Distribution
• Develop training modules
• Monitor and evaluate training program
• Coaching and maintain sales force performance after training process

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Business, Marketing, or Management).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Bancassurance, Sales Training, or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and sales process.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Target-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work mobile and cover multiple bank branches.
