Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities: o Design and deliver onboarding and refresher training programs for Inside Sales teams. o Coach Business Development Executives on sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.

o Monitor live and recorded sales calls to evaluate quality, customer interactions, and adherence to sales processes.

o Conduct regular call audits and provide actionable feedback to improve conversion rates. o Identify training needs through quality assessments and performance metrics. o Develop training content, SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge materials. o Conduct role plays, mock calls, and certification assessments for new and existing team members.

o Partner with Sales and Operations leaders to drive productivity and improve team performance. o Track training effectiveness through KPIs such as conversion, quality scores, productivity, and customer experience.

o Ensure compliance with communication standards and process guidelines.

What we are looking for o 4–5 years of total experience, including: o 2+ years in Inside Sales/Business Development (mandatory) o 2–3 years as a Sales Trainer, Quality Analyst, or Sales Coach o Proven experience in outbound sales and customer handling. o Strong understanding of sales processes, call quality frameworks, and coaching methodologies. o Experience in call monitoring, quality audits, feedback sessions, and performance improvement. o Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. o Proficient in preparing training materials, assessments, and performance reports. o Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
