Sales Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Trainer to develop and enhance the sales capabilities of our dealership team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting training programs, improving product and sales knowledge, strengthening customer-handling skills, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

• Develop modules and conduct traing for sales team.
• Ability to train on product, process, promotion and people.
• Ability to train sales team from enquiry generation to vehicle delivery.
• Ability to analysis training needs, develop modules and conduct training for professional and personal growth
• Train sales team on various sales tools.
• Proper follow up & follow through after every training.
• Ability to conduct performance counseling for sales performance enhancement
• Continues update to sales team on new automobile product lunches, market trends
• Ability to prepare monthly training calendar and timely execution
• Conduct role plays, mock sales calls, product demonstrations, and practical sales exercises.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
