- Experiential Customer Journey: Train staff on delivering white-glove, sensory dealership experiences tailored for high-net-worth buyers.
- On-the-Floor Coaching: Provide live, one-on-one observation, role-playing, and immediate feedback during customer interactions and test drives.
- Curriculum & Module Design: Create customized training materials, digital modules, and evaluation processes aligned with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards.
