Sales Trainer

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Trainer to build the sales capabilities of our Franchise Sales team and improve conversion across the sales funnel. The role will focus on developing strong skills in calling, discovery, pitch, objection handling, communication and closing for Hooras Partner Manager and Master Franchise offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales training and coaching for new and existing sales teams.
• Train teams on calling, lead qualification, interest creation, pitching, objection handling, follow-ups and closing.
• Conduct role plays, mock calls and Google Meet simulations.
• Monitor sales performance and identify individual/team skill gaps.
• Work closely with TLs and QA to improve sales quality and conversion.
• Build and maintain sales playbooks, objection-handling frameworks and best-practice call libraries.
• Continuously refine training based on actual sales performance and customer objections.

What Were Looking For

• 3-7 years of experience in sales training, sales coaching, inside sales or high-ticket sales.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling and objection handling.
• Excellent communication, presentation and coaching skills.
• Preferably someone with hands-on experience as a successful salesperson/closer.
• Experience in franchise, real estate, automobile, financial services or other high-value sales is preferred.
• Comfortable working with CRM, sales reports and performance metrics.
