Sales Trainer

JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES TRAINER

Job Responsibilities:

• Train sales employees on sales techniques, communication, and customer handling.
• Develop and implement sales training programs.
• Guide employees on lead generation, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Monitor sales team performance and identify improvement areas.
• Conduct training sessions, role-plays, and performance assessments.
• Motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Prepare training reports and provide feedback to management.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
• Leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
• Ability to motivate employees and improve sales performance.
• Previous sales or training experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
