Role & responsibilities

Conduct training modules for Niva Bupa Associates • Conducting training programs • Conducting GIDs and IIDs • Conducting PRP and FODs as and when required Look after training logistics • Schedule training sessions • Ensure wider participation of Associates in programs Monitor progress of Associates on a continuous basis • Seek regular feedback from Associates and Supervisors • Ensure that Associates follow moral and ethical standards when dealing with clients • Monitor Associate development Update training material Review present training material • Scan environment • Incorporate feedback from Associates, Customers, and supervisors Ensure that the Associates get updated and continuous information on NBHI products Facilitate self-development of Associates KEY
