Assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and implement improvement plans.
Track training effectiveness and align team capabilities with business targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training.
Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
Construction/real estate industry experience preferred.
