Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to drive training and capability development for our Market Development / Sales teams. The role will focus on onboarding, upskilling, sales process training, performance improvement, and driving business outcomes through effective training interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver onboarding, refresher & upskilling training for Sales teams.
• Train teams on sales processes, product knowledge, customer handling and objection handling.
• Conduct mock calls, assessments and feedback sessions.
• Identify performance gaps and create targeted training interventions.
• Develop training content, SOPs, playbooks and assessments.
• Track training effectiveness and impact on conversion, productivity, revenue and quality metrics.

Requirements:

• 48 years of experience in Training, preferably Sales / Inside Sales / Market Development.
• Strong understanding of sales funnel, lead conversion, objection

Handling and revenue metrics.

• Experience in training large teams, preferably 20+ members.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong data-driven and performance-oriented approach.
• Internet, matchmaking or service industry experience will be an to drive training
• and capability development for our Market Development / Sales teams. The role will focus on onboarding, upskilling, sales process training, performance improvement, and driving business outcomes through effective training interventions.
