Job Opening: Sales Trainer cum Manager

IITPlanet.com is hiring an experienced Sales Trainer cum Manager to train, guide, and manage the sales team while driving consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and motivate sales, pre-sales, and inside-sales teams
• Develop effective sales pitches and closing strategies
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets
• Monitor calls, bookings, follow-ups, conversions, and collections
• Handle customer escalations and support deal closures
• Conduct performance reviews and improve team productivity
• Recruit and onboard new sales employees when required
• Take complete ownership of revenue generation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales training and team management
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented with a strong revenue-generation mindset
• EdTech or education-sales experience is preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver measurable results
