Sales Training Manager - AMS - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Sales Training Manager - AMS - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

In this role, you will own the design and delivery of high-impact sales training programs that support onboarding, product launches, and ongoing field development across the Americas. You will translate business strategy into scalable learning experiences that strengthen solution-based selling capabilities and improve sales effectiveness. This position partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $112,420 – $154,572 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales training programs, including onboarding and product launches
• Translate business strategy into scalable training curricula
• Set quality standards for sales training effectiveness
• Design and facilitate a variety of training experiences
• Create simulations and case studies to enhance real-world selling skills
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure training accuracy and relevance
• Define metrics for training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, sales training, or sales leadership
• 2+ years in solution-based sales environments, preferably radiation therapy
• Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
• Proven success in training and developing sales professionals
• Bachelor’s degree required
