Job Title: Sales Training Manager

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Training Manager to contribute training programs across multiple brands in the Thailand market. You will design and deliver training that builds product knowledge, sales skills, and a strong customer experience culture. This role requires close collaboration with dealers and sales consultants nationwide, building the ability to turn training into a sustainable, scalable system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver product knowledge training for multiple brands in the Thailand market

• Train sales teams on core sales scripts, techniques, and best practices

• Map and improve the overall customer journey and user experience

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealers and sales representatives across the country

• Create structured, repeatable training programs that can be passed on and continuously improved

• Support long-term capability building knowledge and standards.

• Experiences in automotive industry especially Luxury and Premium brands

Nice-to-Haves (optional, depending on your needs)

• Experience in sales training, sales enablement, or retail/dealer channel training

• Familiarity with the Thailand market or multi-brand environments

• Ability to travel within Thailand to work with dealers and teams
