Sales Training Manager

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing sales staff
• Conduct onboarding, product knowledge, skills-based, and refresher training sessions
• Assess training needs through performance data, feedback, and sales metrics
• Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, e-learning content, and role-play exercises
• Coach and mentor sales representatives and sales leaders to improve effectiveness
• Collaborate with sales management, marketing, and product teams to align training with business goals
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on results
• Support rollout of new products, services, systems, and sales strategies
• Ensure consistency of sales messaging and best practices across teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales training, sales management, or learning and development
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
