Sales Training Supervisor

About the role

Tech101 Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sales Training Supervisor to join our Human Resources and Training & Development team. This is a full-time position based in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising comprehensive sales training programmes that equip our sales teams with the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve organisational objectives. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales performance and driving business growth through strategic training initiatives. This position requires you to work on-site to effectively collaborate with training teams, sales departments, and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver tailored sales training programmes for new and existing sales personnel
• Supervise and coordinate training activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and learning objectives
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluation methods and feedback mechanisms, making continuous improvements
• Identify skill gaps within the sales team and develop targeted training solutions to address them
• Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions to support individual sales staff development and performance improvement
• Collaborate with sales management to align training content with evolving business goals and market demands
