Location: Caloocan City
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: ₱20,000 – ₱22,000

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Training Supervisor to lead the development and implementation of sales training programs. This role ensures employees gain the product knowledge, selling techniques, customer service skills, and operational expertise needed to perform effectively. Beyond conducting training, the Supervisor validates employee competency, provides coaching, and certifies those who meet established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training needs based on performance, audits, and feedback.
• Develop and update training modules covering product knowledge, selling skills, customer service, and store operations.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and field training sessions.
• Assess employee competency through tests, simulations, and on‑the‑job observation.
• Provide coaching and retraining for employees with performance gaps.
• Establish and maintain competency certification records.
• Monitor training effectiveness and ensure workplace application.
• Prepare training schedules, reports, and matrices for Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales training, retail sales, or learning and development.
• Previous experience as a Sales Trainer, Training Specialist, Team Leader, or Sales Supervisor preferred.
• Background in retail, electronics, gadgets, or consumer technology is an advantage.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Willing to conduct field/store visits and travel to branches when required.
