Location | Caloocan | Full-Time

Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱22,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and deliver effective sales training programs

• Conduct classroom, on-site, and field training sessions

• Coach and develop sales teams to improve product knowledge and selling skills

• Facilitate training activities, presentations, workshops, and assessments

• Monitor training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

• Coordinate with branch/store teams to address training and performance needs

• Conduct regular store and field visits to support sales development

• Help ensure sales teams are updated on products, promotions, and selling strategies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Psychology, Management, or related field

• At least 2–3 years of experience in sales training, retail sales, learning & development, or related field

• Experience as a Sales Trainer, Training Specialist, Team Leader, Sales Supervisor, or similar role is preferred

• Experience in retail, cellphone, gadgets, electronics, accessories, or consumer technology is an advantage

• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools

• Willing to conduct field/store visits and on-site training

• Willing to travel to different branches when required
