What they need
- Mencari dan mengakuisisi merchant atau perusahaan yang membutuhkan layanan bulk transfer/disbursement.
- Mengidentifikasi perusahaan dengan transaksi pembayaran massal, seperti payroll, pembayaran vendor, pembayaran mitra, komisi, refund, dan pencairan dana.
- Melakukan prospecting, cold calling, networking, dan kunjungan bisnis untuk mendapatkan klien baru.
- Mempresentasikan solusi pembayaran dan transfer dana perusahaan kepada calon merchant.
- Mengelola proses negosiasi, onboarding merchant, hingga merchant aktif bertransaksi.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait proses KYC, compliance, operasional, dan integrasi teknis.
- Membangun serta menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan merchant.
- Memantau pipeline penjualan, volume transaksi, revenue, dan pencapaian target bulanan.
