Sales Vertical – Property

· Develop and grow B2B project sales within the property and real estate segment, including condominium, residential, hotel, and commercial projects.

· Identify new project opportunities and build a strong pipeline with property developers, project owners, contractors, architects, and designers.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to generate new and repeat business.

· Promote Toshiba home appliance solutions and recommend suitable product packages based on project requirements.

· Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, pricing, and product solutions for customers.

· Manage the end-to-end project sales process from lead generation, proposal, negotiation, closing, delivery, and collection.

· Coordinate with Product, Supply Chain, Service, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

· Monitor upcoming property projects, market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

· Achieve assigned sales, profitability, and project acquisition targets.

· Prepare project pipelines, sales forecasts, and business performance reports for management.

Qualification

• Experience in Project Sales, Property, B2B, Home Appliances, Building Materials, or related industries is preferred.
