Sales Voice process

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle outbound calls from international clients to promote financial products and services.
• Process customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely manner.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and quality metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in an international voice process or similar role.
• Proficiency in handling international calling operations with excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to meet targets consistently.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings (US time zone).
