Sales/Admin Assistance

Position Summary

The Sales/Admin Assistance provides administrative and operational support to the sales team by handling quotations, order processing, customer communications, inventory coordination, and documentation management. This role ensures smooth day-to-day sales operations and delivers excellent customer service for industrial C-parts products such as fasteners, washers, shims, O-rings, clips, cable ties, springs, and other production consumables.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration

Prepare and issue customer quotations in a timely manner.

Process and manage customer purchase orders accurately.

Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and sales databases.

Follow up on outstanding quotations and customer enquiries.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks and sales documentation.

Customer Service

Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate order confirmations and communicate order status updates.

Handle customer complaints or issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and responsive service.

Order Processing & Coordination

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Monitor order progress from receipt to delivery.

Track backorders and communicate updates to customers.

Assist in expediting urgent customer orders when required.
