• Prepare annual Business Development Plan aligned with company strategy.
• Ensure achievement of annual new client acquisition targets.
• Analyze business needs and identify new opportunities.
• Develop new business relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Strategize with partners to increase company footprints. Identify and pursue tender/bid opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and map them to existing offerings.
• Drive bid/tender documentation with stakeholders.
• Submit Business Proposals and reports to Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Establish contacts with Missions and act as single point of contact for certain governments/missions.
• Present VFS Global to potential clients.
• Manage sales process from lead generation to handover.
• Showcase VFS Global potential/strengths to business delegates.
• Set up new businesses and roll out new initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies.
• Enhance company profile and brand image.
• Protect business ideas, designs, technologies, processes & products through Patents & Copyrights.
• Develop knowledge of the business universe and strategize to achieve business goals.
• Conduct market intelligence activities.
