Sales/Branch Manager

Job Summary:
The Sales Branch Manager is responsible for managing the overall sales operations of the branch, achieving monthly sales targets, leading the sales team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of the complete vehicle sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives.
• Manage leads, enquiries, follow-ups, test drives, bookings, and deliveries.
• Review daily sales performance and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure proper CRM/DMS updates and lead follow-up.
• Handle key customers and resolve customer issues/escalations.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, Accessories, and Service teams.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities.
• Conduct regular team meetings and sales reviews.
• Identify new business opportunities and improve sales conversions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.

Experience: Preferably 5-7 years in automobile sales, with team-handling experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
