Sales/Category Support Representative (Beer)

Dean Distributing, Inc. (DDI) is currently looking for a full-time Relief Sales / Category Support Representative to join our Arbor Vitae team. This position works Monday through Friday servicing retail accounts throughout Northeastern Wisconsin.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, problem-solving, and working in the market. You will support our sales team, build relationships with customers, and help ensure our products are represented with excellence throughout the territory.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers throughout Northeastern Wisconsin.
• Support sales representatives by providing coverage for assigned accounts when needed.
• Generate sales growth through product placement, promotions, and customer relationships.
• Pre-sell products by reviewing inventory needs and assisting customers with orders.
• Execute sales and marketing programs to achieve company sales and revenue goals.
• Maintain product freshness through proper rotation and inventory management.
• Merchandise products by filling shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining backroom inventory.
• Assist with retail resets, planogram updates, and display execution.
• Help coordinate special event setups and merchandising opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and company leadership.
• Collect payments and assist with account receivable responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience with a strong customer service mindset.
• Beverage wholesale experience preferred.
• Three or more years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
