As we continue to expand, we are building a new generation of high-performing sales teams and are looking for a Sales / Conversion Team Leader who can drive revenue, build talent, and lead from the front.

Drive Revenue & Conversions Lead professional sales calls, convert high-quality non-campaign leads, and set the benchmark for closing deals.

What You Bring 1–2+ years of leadership experience in FX/CFD or financial markets

Strong closing and conversion expertise

Deep understanding of financial products and trading environments

Fluent English with excellent negotiation and communication skills
