Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Representative
Red Mountain Wholesale Florist – Provo, UT
$16/hr starting | ~25 hrs/week | Mon–Fri, 9:30am–2:30pm

About Us
Red Mountain is a wholesale florist supplying fresh flowers and hard goods to florists, event planners, and retailers. We're a small, hands-on team, and our days are busy, especially around the big flower holidays. If you like talking with people and you'd enjoy being surrounded by flowers all day, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:30am–2:30pm, with weekends off most of the year. We do ask for:

• One Saturday a month (8:00am-2:00pm)
• A few Sundays during our two busiest seasons, Valentine's Day (February), Mother's Day (May), and Memorial Day (May) about 3 per year, possibly 4 depending on demand.

What You'll Do

• Call and take calls from our established customers, take orders, and recommend products
• Answer customer questions by phone and email
• Help create content for our social media and engage with our followers
• Pitch in around the warehouse, including order fulfillment and helping customers in our showroom

What We're Looking For

• Warm, clear communication, especially on the phone
• You enjoy chatting with customers and building relationships
• Strong attention to detail and comfort juggling several tasks
• A "happy to help" attitude when things get busy
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required, and we'll train you

Physical Requirements
Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in and out of a refrigerated cooler.
