Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, users, profiles, roles, and permissions.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Monitor data quality, perform data management, and maintain system integrity.
• Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Manage system updates, integrations, and routine Salesforce maintenance.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Work with stakeholders and technical teams to improve Salesforce processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and administration tools.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
