What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage Salesforce deployment, configuration, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
- Provide technical support to users on CPQ (Configure Price Quote) functionality, including quotations creation, modification, and tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions using Salesforce tools such as workflow automation, reports, dashboards, etc.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to user management, security settings, data privacy, backup/recovery strategies.
Job Requirements :
- Certified Salesforce Administrator with 6-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of CPQ (Configure Price Quote) functionality in Salesforce platform.
- Experience with deployment, configuration, customization of Salesforce applications using various modules like CRM, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud etc.
