Salesforce Administrator

About the Job

We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator who’s passionate about simplifying processes, supporting users, and building smart automations. You’ll help keep our Salesforce org running smoothly while contributing to new enhancements that make our teams more efficient.

This is fully remote and for Cebu based candidates only.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm EST

What You’ll Do

• Support users and resolve day-to-day Salesforce issues
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows to automate business processes
• Configure objects, fields, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
• Execute well-defined enhancement work and participate in sprint-based delivery
• Assist with testing for Salesforce releases and platform updates
• Maintain documentation and uphold security and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
• Proven experience building record-triggered, scheduled, and screen flows
• Strong understanding of core Salesforce functionality
• A problem solver who enjoys helping users and improving processes
• Someone organized, detail oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
• Must have a working equipment minimum of i5 for the processer, 8gb of RAM and Windows 11.
