Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and security

• Configure and customize Salesforce using:

  • Objects, fields, record types
  • Validation rules, page layouts, and permissions

• Build and manage automation using Flows and other declarative tools

• Support and troubleshoot user issues, providing timely resolution and guidance

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making

• Assist with data management, including imports, deduplication, and cleanup

• Participate in system testing, releases, and change management processes

• Document system configurations, processes, and user procedures

• Support integrations and collaborate with technical resources as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience

• Strong understanding of:

  • Salesforce data model
  • Security model (profiles, roles, permission sets)
  • Automation tools (Flows, workflow rules)

• Experience building reports and dashboards

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
• Experience working with Sales Cloud (or Service Cloud)
• Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Data Loader, Excel)
• Basic understanding of integrations, APIs, or third-party tools
• Experience supporting go-live or system enhancement projects
