What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage Salesforce CRM data, ensuring accuracy and integrity of customer information.
- Develop and maintain custom reports using Salesforce reporting tools to provide insights on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions that meet those needs through the use of Salesforce automation features such as workflows, approval processes, and field updates.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce functionality, including data discrepancies, system errors, and user access permissions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM platform.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CTI (Customer Interaction Center) concepts and ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
- Proficiency in developing complex queries using Apex programming language or other querying languages like SOQL/SOSL.
