Salesforce Administrator

The Opportunity…

The Salesforce Administrator is an essential part of our Consulting team. We are looking for an individual who is able to contribute to our team as an individual and work well as part of the team with a look toward our end goal of designing and implementing first class end products for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce knowledge and skills and will be expected to stay up to date on Salesforce products and releases.

How you’ll contribute…

• Work with project teams to execute solutions for client business and technology needs
• Work with Engagement Managers (EMs), Technical Architects, and Solution Architects across multiple projects
• Work with project teams to execute assigned configuration tasks
• Maintain project plans by working closely with project teams.
• Ensure all configuration work is tested and conforms to best practices
• Prepare deployment packages for sandbox and production releases
• Produce and update documentation related to project deliverables
• Be actively engaged in project management meetings
• Maintain daily work records and time on project tasks

What you bring…

• 2+ years Salesforce configuration experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Ability to execute business requirements using Salesforce best practices
• Ability to work with multiple clients and project teams and deliver tasks on time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in facilitation
• Strong understanding of the Lighting UI and related configuration
• Strong background in unit, system, and user acceptance testing and issue tracking and resolution
• Collaborative and consultative work style
• Strong client interaction experience
• Proven ability to work well with teams
• Ability to create dashboards and reports on the fly
• Able to work within time constraints when necessary
