Salesforce Administrator

I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join a business looking to optimise and develop its Salesforce platform.

This role will suit someone with strong hands-on administration experience who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, improving business processes and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. You'll play a key role in driving automation, improving user adoption and ensuring the platform continues to deliver value across the business.

Salary

• £65,000

• Hybrid Central London

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain declarative solutions using Salesforce Flow, objects, fields, validation rules and Dynamic Forms.
• Configure and optimise Salesforce across core business processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend effective Salesforce solutions.
• Challenge and refine requirements to ensure solutions deliver genuine business value.
• Identify opportunities for automation, platform optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Support deployments through established DevOps, source control and release processes.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, support user adoption and maintain solution documentation.

Skills & Experience

• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customisation.
• Experience working with DevOps and established release processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholder
