Salesforce Administrator

Steadman Brown are working with a leading international provider that are heavily invested in Salesforce. The organisation has recently made the decision to invest in a major Salesforce transformation to enhance its existing platform and optimise business processes for the better.

They are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to bring their Salesforce expertise to the business, take ownership of the administration and improvements, and work independently as the main point of contact for Salesforce requests. This includes taking ownership of declarative build, investigating errors and configuring Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the org by completing day-to-day admin tasks.
• Provide hands on declarative build, especially building and maintaining flows.
• Resolve user issues, investigate system errors and provide ongoing Salesforce support.
• Maintain system documentation and deliver training to improve user adoption.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide business insights.
• Independently cleanse and maintain data quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the platform.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Strong knowledge of roles, profiles, permission sets and user access.
• Experience reviewing requests, managing issues such as duplicate records, and understanding the knock-on effects of changes across sales and support teams.
• Proven background troubleshooting user issues relating to access, permissions, page layouts, reports and system functionalities.
• Strong experience building Salesforce Flows, automations, validation rules and approval processes.
