About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce Administrator / Developer to manage, enhance, and support a growing Salesforce environment, working across administration, development, marketing automation, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Configure Marketing Cloud campaigns, journeys, automations, and data extensions.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Support integrations, deployments, testing, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams and take ownership of day-to-day platform improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience.
• Proven Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is mandatory.
• Strong Sales Cloud administration and Flow Builder skills.
• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Experience Cloud, deployments, and integrations.
• Current Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• Strong written English and effective remote communication skills.
